Hi, I'm back
A huge ass update is in the works
So a lot of people enjoyed my game, so I've decided to go back for one last hoorah and make the game the best I can make it (it's pretty bad), I've been working tirelessly across the last month to completely overhaul the game to be a more enjoyable experience
The current build of the game is going to be your "sneak peek" as to what's to come, I'm going to start work on the visuals, as well as a few bonus bosses, but for now, here's everything you need to know
-added the shotgun, a tier 6 weapon for Barrel, has a chance to fire, jam, or explode
- Quit my job at Kroger
- Charles has been buffed significantly, namely his HP and attack power
- Added the ghost dog, it can't take damage until every other enemy is dead, attacks against it heal all enemies for 25% of dealt damage
- Added that one uncle, functions as a wizard with debuffs and aoe spell attacks
- Added the staute, either buffs another enemy or attempts to break a gang members neck, taking away 20% of their max health with a 10% chance to paralyze
- Added Buck, the shotgun guy with a chance to drop a the shotgun (tier 6 weapon for Barrel) and shells (needed to use shotgun)
- Added Boxer, functions as a standard enemy with a punch that has a higher chance to stun the lower your health gets
- Added Republican, just debuffs random stats
- Added Breadward, typical "rare high exp enemy that runs away if you can't kill it", when killed, he will drop 1 of every consumable in the shop
- Added the Ninja, can't take more than 20% of their max health as damage, has multi-hit attacks with a chance to debuff
- Added the option to fix the shotgun if it explodes in combat for 200 quarters
- All equipment for Barrel and PSL2001 has been reworked, providing an alternative playstyle instead of just a stat buff
- Enemies have been weakened for testing purposes, they will likely be given their strength back in the future
- The gang members can no longer have more than 3 of the same debuff, and the first aid kit now actually removes debuffs
- Fixed the "Over Here!" skill to make sure enemies are forced to attack Charles, the thorns aspect is actually enforced to any type of damage (was previously only physical)
- weapons no longer have an attack bonus, they instead give you skills you can only use when equipping a certain weapon
-fixed the Charles cutscene softlock
-fixed hallways being inaccessible
-greatly reduced psychological damage
-added a ton of funny sound effects
-virtual boy area has been reworked to be a wave battle
-fixed crashes with missing voice lines
-fixed all trinkets giving the user 300 atk
-changed the menu status effects
-added haterade
-added brick of bubble gum
- updated the localization files
