Some more improvements

Hello hello! I've just gone ahead and updated this build with a few minor but noticeable innovations

-added nicer looking tilesets

-added more voice acting

-fixed a crash that occurs in the loading screen with the battle music

-added more face graphics

-re-added weapon notifications to the CCC

-updated the localization files
